Steel columns are a very important feature for your home. They offer the vertical support needed to keep your patio from collapsing. Our columns are custom made to fit your needs and come primed to prevent rust damage. It is very important to change steel columns before they rust completely to prevent any unnecessary damage to the carrier beam or roof.
The Carrier Beam is nailed under the roof and it sits on the steel columns. It evenly distributes the weight of the roof onto all the columns.

In the slideshow above we fixed a sagging carrier beam. We were able to raise the beam until it stopped sagging in the center by replacing the weathered columns.
